You may return any item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Once we receive your email, we will promptly process your return request. Typically, it takes 2-3 business days* for us to contact you and make necessary arrangements.

You will receive either an email or telephone call confirming the details of your return, ensuring it includes a valid receipt.

Please note that for returns due to change of mind, you are responsible for covering any return postage costs incurred when sending the item(s) back to Today’s Lifestyle for a refund.

However, in cases of damaged or faulty products, we will cover the return postage costs and issue a full refund.

*Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the product(s) by our team. Please allow up to a maximum of 30 days from the date we receive the item(s) for your refund to be processed. However, in most cases, refunds are issued sooner than this timeframe.
